​Khush Qismati Waham Hai, Mahaarat Nahi

​Aik kisan apni pasandeeda gaaye ke baaray mein fikr-mand hai. Us ki pareshani mahsoos kar ke gwaala usay btaata hai ke wo abhi udhar se hi aaya hai, gaaye khait mein khushi se char rahi hai. Ye sun kar kisan kahta hai, wo ninaannvau (99) feesad andaazay par bharosa karnay ki bjaaye is daaway par sau (100) feesad yaqeen chaahta hai. Wo khud darwaazay se baahar nikal kar duur darakhton ke peechay aik safaid aur siyah shakal dekhta hai aur apni gaaye ko duur se hi pahchan leta hai.

​Falsafay ki duniya mein isay Gettier Problem kahaa jaata hai. Edmund Gettier ne apne aik mqaalay mein saabit kiya, jisay hum ‘ilm’ samajhtay hain, wo mahz aik ‘khush qismati’ bhi ho sakti hai.
Aflatoon ke zmaanay se yahi maana jaata tha, agar aap ke paas ye teen cheezain hain tau aap ke paas ‘ilm’ hai:

Aqeeda: Aap kisi baat par yaqeen rakhtay hon.
Jwaaz: Aap ke paas us baat ko maan-nay ke liye koi thos wajah ho.
Schaayi: Wo baat haqiqat mein sachi ho.

Gettier ke khyaal mein, kabhi kabhi ye teeno’n cheezain aap ke paas honay ke bawajood, aap isay ilm nahi keh saktay. Kyun ke kisi baat ka sach sabit ho jaana, faqat ittefaq bhi tau ho sakta hai.

Farz karain, kisi kamray ki diwaar par aap aik gharri dekhtay hain. Gharri 10 bajay ka waqt dikha rahi hai.

Aqeeda: Aap yaqeen kar laitay hain ke 10 bjay hain.
Jwaaz: Aap ne gharri dekhi hai, jo aik thos saboot hai.
Schaayi: Ittefaq se us waqt waqayi 10 bjay hain.

​Lekin agar wo gharri kuch din se khraab parri hai aur 10 bjay par ruki hui hai tau?

​Aap ka aqeeda scha nikla aur aap ke paas is ka maqool jwaaz bhi hai lekin kya aap ko waqai ‘ilm’ tha ke 10 bjay hain?
Nahi…………..
Aap ne tau ittefaq se theek us waqt gharri par waqt dekha jab haqiqat mein 10 hi bjay thay.

​’Khush qismati’ ilm ka hissa nahi ho sakti. Aap ki maloomat kisi ghalat buniyaad par ustwaar hon, tau chaahay wo ittefaq se sachi bhi sabit ho jaayen, wo ilm nahi kehlaaye’n gi.
Zhuangzi kahta hai, jab aankh par koi parda na ho to nateeja ‘beenaayi’ hai aur jab aql par koi parda na ho to nateeja ‘schaayi’ hai.
Ilm sirf wo hai jo aik ghair-muta’assib zehan, shaffaaf maahol mein bghair kisi dhokay ke hasil kray.
