Jaisay ho, vaisay hi dikhaayi dau.


Fareed-ud-Din Attaar ki riwaayat kardah aik hikaayat hai:
Aik roz aik shakhs jo sufi kay libaas mei’n malboos tha, us nay rastay mei’n baithay aik kuttay ko mamooli aur najis jaanwar samajh kar apnay asaa se maara.
Kutta cheekha, tarrpa aur apni fariyaad lai-kar seedha Hazrat Abu Saeed ke dar par jaa pahunchaa. Apna zakhm dikhaa kar insaaf talab kiya.

Hazrat ne Sufi ko bula kar istifsaar kiya keh us nay kuttay par itna zulm kyu’n kiya?
Sufi ne safaai di ke us ne bina wajah nahi maara, kuttay ne us kay kapray na-paak kar diye thay.

Kuttay ne phir faryaad ki:
“Ay daana buzurg, jab may nay is shakhs ko sufiyaana libaas mei’n daikha tau samjha ke yeh mujhay nuqsaan nahi pahunchaye ga.
Agar yeh aam libaas mei’n hota to may is se faasla rakhta. Meri asal ghalti yeh hai ke may ne iskay zaahiri libaas ki tarah is kay baatin ko bhi bai-dhaagh khyaal kiya.
Agar aap waqai mei’n insaaf karna chaahtay hai’n tau is se ahl-e-sfaa ka libaas chheen lijiye, kyu’n-ke yeh libaas is kay kirdaar ke laayiq nahi.”


Jis mu’ashray mei’n namood o numaaish hi izzat o takreem ki nishaani ban jaaye, wahaa’n zwaal aahista aahista qaabiz ho jaata hai.
Aisay mu’aashray ko aayina dikhaanay kay liye Sheikh Saadi ko bhi apnay libaas par saalan ka donga undailna prraa tha.

Zaahiri shaan o shaukat kay in baish-qeemat libaado’n se taqwa ka libaas kahi’an zyada mo’tabar hai, kyu’n-keh us mei’n
“pewand to hosaktay hain, dhabay nahi hotay.”

Zaahir aur baatin mei’n tzaad ho tau insaan ki shakhsiyat makr o faraib ka malghooba ban jaati hai.
Woh samaaj mei’n markaz-e-nigaah ban-nay ke liye apnay mailay baatin ko saaf tau nahi karta magar apnay zaahir ko doosro’n kay saamnay paak saaf bnaa kar paish karta hai.

Yeh haqeeqat hai ke insaan acha nazar aanay kay liye jitni zyaada koshish karta hai, us se kahi’n kam mehnat se woh acha ban sakta hai.

Yeh aisi daurr hai jis mei’n hum khud se duur bhaag kar doosro’n kay qareeb hona chaahtay hai’n.
Ab yeh kahaa’n ki hikmat hai ke insaan apna haath chhurra kar khud-faraibi ki is daurr mei’n khud se hi duur nikal jaye.

Magar phir bhi insaan baaz nahi aata aur aakhir kar uska original version doosron ki nigaaho’n se hamesha ke liye ojhal rehta hai, aur woh khud bhi apni asl ko fraamosh kar baithta hai.

Maulana Rumi ne bhi isi liye yeh naseehat ki thi:
“Waisay hi nazar aao jaise tum ho, ya phir jaisa nazar aate ho waisa ban jao.”

Makr o faraib kay bad’boo’daar fashion mei’n mubtala mu’aashray mei’n aisay afraad hi apnay baatin ki khushboo se is ta’affun zadah mu’ashray ko qaabil-e-bardasht banate hain,
jin ka qaseeda Mahshar Badayooni ne yun likha tha;

Kuch aisay bhi hain tahi dast o bay-nwaa jin say
Milaaye’n haath tau khushbu na haath ki jaaye



Tau aayen, apna apna m’haasba khud krtay rhai’n aur khud say yeh swaal krnay ki jurat paida krain;

Ab yeh bta keh rooh k sholo’n ka kya hai rang
Mar-mar ka yeh libaas tau sundar laga mujhay
